kiss and make up guys..

Loughborough Fettucine with Cheddar cream Sauce, with Salmon, sauteed Funghi and gourmet Salad, topped with Egg york.

I made this recipe for someone very important. No, she's not Italian thank you. It was not planned and made this simple dish in Loughborough, so thats why i call it. I chose salmon coz it has its very own taste. Funghi is mushroom in Italian word. Mushroom grows naturally. Those beautiful mixed gourmet salad represent freshness. Fettucine is a flat Kway Teow like pasta made from semolina, and of course the egg comes from a Hen :P. it doesnt have any meaning but just try it!

Recipes:
Half pkt Fettucine (Hua ho or Soon Lee) Read the instruction first!
2 medium slice Salmon Fillet
150 gm Cheddar Cheese
150 gm Cream Cheese
10 gm Fresh Mushroom
1 dollop Double Cream hmm 150 ml would do
1/4 pint Fresh Milk
2 Egg york
1/4 bunch Fresh English parsley
1-2 drops of Mixed Herbs

Slumber Method:
Wash your hands
Boil Fettucine with a pinch of salt, once cooked mix chopped English parsley then set aside.
Sauteed (Stir Fry) fresh mushrooms.
Use Gridler or any non-stick pan then cook the salmon, Skin down first. (saja!)
Washed your Salads

Sauce:
On a Low Heat, Pour little butter, melt cheddar cheese and Cream cheese in one go, add some milk, do not stop stirring until even. Turn off the heat n swirl heavy cream in. tsk tsk tsk, yea i know. baik jogging.
You can always use flour to thicken it. Salt and blackpepper to taste.
Then do your own Presentation, Impress your love ones. Enjoy!

Rack of lamb. Who likes LAMB? In malay it's call "Bidai Bidai" some parts of the ribs. I decided to upload this gourmet for its unique touch. That yellow pudding look-alike is Veal terrine. The chef uses Oats for crumbles. Oats is good on its own, i dont really like mixing oats with main course. Oats suits well with desserts.

Terrine = Layered.
