Today's Lunch


Greek Mousakka (layered auburgine, potatoes, Beef Ragu, Bechemel sauce and Gruyere Cheese)
I was trying out Selbourn Chocolate from Malaysia.

Hand cut fries. We use U.S Russets Potatoe.


Chocolate Ganache on victoria sponge cake for desserts.

sponge cake tu dilembabkan dgn simple syrup atau fruit juice dulu tak? atau tuang ganache camtu jek?

tak payah lembabkan dengan apa pun.. tuang ganache terus..

lama tak cakap.. i malas nak update sebetulnya... today tak sibuk...
