Who's That?

Yes, that is Bobby Chin. Tv host of World's cafe Asia on travel and living. I met him at Catering wholesale store in Singapore. He's so loud and friendly too. I do watch his show. His interest on asian dishes makes him a celebrity. He is more of an entertainer cook rather than a Chef. He's half chinese, half Egyptain. Read more about him on http://www.bobbychinn.com

Look at all that glass - I'd be afraid to get too close with my purse, clutz that I am but it looks amazing. Thanks for sharing your experience! This is the first I've heard of Bobby Chin; will check his site out.

Hi There

I just stumbled upon your blog and think it is an excellent read for foodies and especially like the photos and design of the blog.I started off as a blogger myself and realise the importance of a good clean design like you have here. I have now bookmarked it for myself to read and have added you to our new list of "all the food blogs in the world" on www.ifoods.tv which we have been compiling for the last month! Hopefully it will send you some traffic in the long run. Looking forward to reading your thoughts on food so keep up the good work and talk soon. Cheers

Chef Pol, do you know if we have Italian Sausages in Brunei?

Hi anonymous,

I doubt it, but you could always try special order from Supasave or Guan hock Lee (Batu Besurat Branch, where grand city Hotel is).

I cud teach u how to make Italian Beef Burger hehe. I don't work with pork organs, caul fat and so.

best of luck
